Smart Room Barcelona likes colourful installations.

We discovered the work of French architect Emmanuelle Moureaux, which is full of energy.  By repeating hundreds of paper modules and occupying great volumes of space, plus using rich hue gradiants, she achieves a dynamic and powerful effect.

The artwork shown above is called “Color Mixing”. Moureaux installed it at the NSK headquarters in Tokyo, in a 6,00m height round space. It consisted of 25,000 rotatory paper flowers which generated a huge cylinder.

Aren’t these installations a nice source of inspiration?
