Today we are eagerly starting this blog entry in which we will be telling you about our monthly trips and the events where we were excited to give shape to our tailor made design stands for you. Our aim is to bring you closer to our day-to-day, sharing with you all our experiences to feel closer that way. Will you join us?
We started May with our Smart Room Barcelona team traveling to our neighbour country, Portugal. Specifically, we went to the Grande Real Santa Eulália hotel in the warm Albufeira, with the first build up of the month: the CIRP Congress (Meeting of the Portuguese Groups of Cataract and Refractive Surgery). From there we flew back to land at the HISPACK trade fair (packaging industry), which was being held at home, at the Fira de Barcelona exhibition centre.
Attention: we took off again and flew to Nuremberg. In an unusually warm weather we got down to work at Nürnberg Messe for the INTERZOO event, dedicated to the care of our pets. Meanwhile, in Malaga, under a blazing sun, another part of the team was warming up at the SENEC Congress (Spanish Society of Neurosurgery) held at FYCMA. On several occasions we split the team in order to be in more than one place at the same time, and to be able to build our tailor made stands simultaneously. Although we miss each other, what we like the most is to see your happy face when we help you with the stand project and construction.
The Exhibition, Fair and Convention Centre of Cordoba was also waiting for us with the same good weather, for the SECOIR Congress (Spanish Society of Implant-Refractive Ocular Surgery). We boarded the plane and this time we travelled a little further to land at Palexpo complex in Geneva, which welcomed us with its intense green surroundings to enter fully into VITAFOODS and be able to help in this event dedicated to the nutraceutical industry. Afterwards we returned home. It was the turn of the south again, so we went to Seville, for the assembly of the AECP Congress (Spanish Association of Coloproctology) held at the Hotel Barceló Renacimiento.
As our desire to create ephemeral architecture has no limit, we continued our route to Mahón to build in the Congress of the SEAP (Spanish Society of Pathological Anatomy) within the Recinto Ferial (IDI). Barcelona welcomed back some of our team members to attend the IOTSWC (Internet of Things Solutions World Congress) at Fira De Barcelona. Meanwhile, the others headed south (again!), where the sun was still shining and FYCMA in Malaga welcomed us back for the GEER Congress (Spanish Spine Society). From there we went up, and up, and up, and finally stopped nearly by the other end of the Peninsula, at the Palacio de Exposiciones y Congresos de León, for the construction of a stand for the SED Congress (Spanish Pain Society).
The month of May ended with the assembly of the Congress of the SEIMC (Spanish Society of Infectious Diseases and Clinical Microbiology), at the Palacio de Congresos in Zaragoza. We love the views of El Pilar by the Ebro riverside, so we stopped there to chill out and get some energy to come back and tell you about our next adventures and travels along June.
Thank you for trusting Smart Room Barcelona. It has been a great pleasure to work on your project, and we hope you enjoyed it as much as we did. A new month will start In a couple of days. With it, new events, trips and challenges. Are you staying? We are already looking forward to telling you everything. We hope to see you again in our lines by the end of June, because you are part of every story we tell.
