This May, we had a lot of fun helping you with your customised projects. It was a month full of assemblies, trade fairs and many events both inside and outside the venues.
We have travelled a lot, although this month only within the peninsula, but we have loved being able to bring all those projects to life, starting as ideas created and materialised on a computer screen, to become a physical and tangible reality in the case of the design stands and an emotionally tangible reality in the case of the events.
Let the dance begin
The first trip was to Madrid to work at the SECOIR (Spanish Society of Implant-Refractive Eye Surgery) fair at IFEMA. In addition to building stands, we were able to create a chill-out area linked to one of them. It was an area for informal meetings, with artificial grass, high tables, coffee service and company branding. These areas are useful for expanding the stand space and being able to hold more simultaneous meetings, while also making the brand visible, as a form of advertising space.
The thermometer began to rise in the first days of May, with temperatures indicating the approach of summer. Battling the heat, we worked our magic, turning each render into a magnificent stand and delivering it to you, eager to see you enjoy it. We love that moment when we hand over the keys, when the stand is finished and you feel it is yours. We like to see you excited, placing your products and studying every corner to prepare your team for the big day. Good organisation of the spaces and the tasks to be carried out ensures that the team is clear about its role and achieves better results. The lights come on and the stands shine even brighter, beautiful and eye-catching.
San Sebastián and its pinchos
We admit it, we love gastronomy and every time we travel to the north we take the opportunity to eat the delicious pinchos prepared by local businesses. We like the atmosphere and how welcoming this city always is. But first, we took care of our work at the fair organised by the Spanish Knee Society (AEA-SEROD) at the KURSAAL Conference Centre in San Sebastián, where we got down to work to build a beautiful corporate stand.
Flying there, flying back
We landed in Barcelona to attend the IOT Solutions World Congress at Fira Barcelona Gran Via, dedicated to the collective network of connected devices and the technology that helps communication between devices and the cloud. Our challenge there was building long exhibition wall in a networking area, which held physical products so that visitors could see and touch them.
The same city and venue hosted the big event of May, Vitafoods. A trade fair dedicated to nutraceuticals which held for the first time in our city, after a long history of more than 20 years based in Geneva. On our side, we are delighted to help you, to turn your ideas into reality by implementing them live, and we are proud to celebrate your successes together at this venue, which will also be your home for the next few years.
Events are also our speciality
This same fair allowed us to organise a couple of events. We started with a team-building exercise with the team from a prestigious laboratory. They wanted to be able to enjoy the city before the fair. Trade fairs require a lot of time and energy, and leisure plans always take a back seat, and in many cases end up being rejected entirely. They wanted to get to know the city while having fun and making the most of their time together in order to build stronger bonds between departments and team members.
The other event was not exclusive to the team; we organised it with the idea that, once the fair closed doors, they could continue their meetings in a more relaxed environment with the clients of their choice. They could strengthen business relationships, spend some quality time with new potential clients and thank their most loyal and long-standing customers for their trust over the years. To create the right atmosphere, we chose the rooftop of a beautiful and well-located hotel in the centre of Barcelona (with great views). We picked up the team and their clients at the fair venue and accompanied them by private transport to the hotel, where they could enjoy catering and drinks to liven up the evening. The aim of this type of event is to continue in a different way with the meetings that were left unfinished at the fair and to thank all the customers who continue to trust in your company products or services for their support.
The second half of May
The sun streamed through the windows of the Víctor Villegas Auditorium and Conference Centre when we arrived in Murcia. The venue welcomed us with colourful flowers and very pleasant temperatures. We had to prepare our stands for the opening of the National Congress of the Spanish Association of Coloproctology (AECP), which was due to begin on 14 May.
From Murcia, we headed to Zaragoza. Near the Ebro River, the heat and humidity were intense, but that did not stop us, and we eagerly and excitedly began setting up for the SENEC Congress (Congress of the Spanish Society of Neurosurgery). Under the slogan ‘Spanish neurosurgery: more than you imagine, always moving forward’ and with many presentations and interactions awaiting attendees, on 28 May, SENEC opened the doors of the Zaragoza Auditorium.
As the song says, ‘we all need a little south to see the north’. Therefore, we went to the Malaga Trade Fair and Congress Centre to carry out our projects at the SED (Spanish Pain Society) congress. There we put an end to our set-ups and trips for the month of May, with our sights already set on June, to continue creating new and personalised designs so that your products and services stand out at any trade fair. If you have plans to attend a fair in the coming months or would like us to organise an event with your team or clients, contact us and we will find the best way to do it.
